29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):  Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):  a) On or about April 23, 2024, on the southside of the store near shipping and receiving and the lumber area, where the Toyota Forklift Truck - Model: 7FGCU35-BCS, Serial No: 72937, was leaking hydraulic fluid on the ground and was not removed from service.  b) On or about April 23, 2024, on the southside of the store near gardening area, where Toyota Forklift Truck - Model: 8FGCU30, Serial No: 72890, had broken front and rear lights on this powered industrial truck and was not removed from service.  c) On or about April 23, 2024, on the southside of the store near shipping and receiving area, where a Yale Reach Truck - Model: NR045EBNS36TE095, Serial No: D861N05239S, had an arm that was connected to the spinning stabilization wheel which caused loads to be unstable and was not removed from service.
