29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: 492 Summer Street, Plantsville, CT: On or about April 24, 2024, employees used a chain attached to the forks of a forklift to lift a motorized pallet jack. The chain broke causing the pallet jak to fall, injuring one of the employees.
