On or about April 22, 2024, at a residential construction site employees were installing shingles on a residential home at a height greater than 6 feet without fall protection. Ismael Delgado was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558076, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 23412 Barberry Creek Trail, Spring, TX, 77373.
