29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. a) On or about 04/22/2024, during the installation of roofing material on a newly constructed residential property located at #Lot #134 Buffalo Trace, Stockbridge 30281 , the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from heights of approximately 10 feet, 1inches, from the top of the roof to ground level.
