29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about April 24, 2024, by the electrical closet next to the men's bathroom, the employer did not ensure that electrical boxes had covers. a) One gray junction box, that controls the inside lights, a canopy light, and a prize sign. b) Four each red junction boxes, that control the four fuel pumps outside.
