29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. Valley View Park Apartment, 4000 Morris Place, East Hanover, NJ 07963 The employer did not ensure that the worker in a Genie aerial lift wore a personal fall arrest system attached to the basket exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. The employee was using the aerial lift to install siding on a residential building under construction. Violation occurred 04/24/2024
