29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): On or about March 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the Valtris Fort Worth production areas, employees were exposed to combustible dust while performing production and maintenance operations without signage being provided indicating when employees were entering areas where the hazards were present.
