29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. At a temporary worksite, located at 2819 State Road 13 North, Fruit Cove, Florida: On or about April 17, 2024 the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that cut-resistant leg protection was not supplied to employees who operated chain saws during ground operations of tree removal services.
