29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 25, 2024, at 9950 NW 29th Street Coral Springs FL, on the south side of the commercial building employees engaged in roofing work with a slope of 4:12 were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet above ground level without a means of fall protection.
