29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): The parking brake was not set whenever the equipment was parked. Equipment parked on inclines did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake was not set. On or about April 24, 2024, and at times prior, Sebastian employees parked a JLG SkyTrak Telehandler without using chock blocks on a sloped driveway while the equipment was in their care and control.
