29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. A)New residential construction located at Lot #55 447 Danpatti Pl, McDonough GA 30253. On or about April 25, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from heights of approximately 21 feet, 3 inches, from the top of the roof to ground level. Eldin Ronaldo Alvarez Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1701388, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-23-2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 133 Black Rock RDG, Sharpsburg, GA 30277.
