29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 25, 2024 the employer Ramon Dozal Meraz at jobsite located at 1010 Brampton Park Rd. Perrysburg OH 43551, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing residential roofing activities atop a 10:12 pitch steep sloped residential second level roof deck. Four employees were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet or greater from the peak and eaves to the ground below.
