29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New commercial construction located at 5625 Atlanta Hwy., Alpharetta, GA 30004, Roof: On or about 04/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 16-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in metal roofing activities on an 8/12 pitched roof.
