29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about April 25, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing commercial masonry operations from a JLG 450AJ aerial lift, approximately six (6) feet above the ground, was not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
