29 CFR 1910.66(i)(1)(ii) All employees who operate working platforms were not trained in the following: recognition of, and preventive measures for, the safety hazards associated with their individual work tasks; general recognition and prevention of safety hazards associated with the use of working platforms, including the provisions in the section relating to the particular working platform to be operated; emergency action plan procedures required in paragraph (e)(9) of this section; work procedures required in paragraph (i)(1)(iv) of this section; personal fall arrest system inspection, care, use and system performance: a) Dover Motor Speedway at 1131 N. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901: On or about April 24, 2024; employees were required to operate a Manitou manlift up to 40 feet above lower level without being provided the necessary training to mitigate hazards associated with the equipment exposing employees to ejection and fall hazards.
