29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) Worksite: On or about 04/25/2024, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while installing and handling roofing materials, at a height of approximately 24 feet above the lower level, without any means of fall protection.   Abbey Construction, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1692244, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Housatonic Street, Lee, MA 01238.

(a) Worksite: On or about 4/25/2024, the employer did not prepare a written certificate of fall protection training for employees working on a residential roofing project prior to exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet in height.
