29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On or about April 25, 2024, at the exterior of a commercial building located at 5360 Ave Maria Blvd, Ave Maria FL 34142, employees were exposed to a 16-foot fall hazard while working from the basket of an aerial lift without the use of a body belt and/or lanyard.
