1910.147(a)(2)(ii) Alternative measures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by the exception of 1910.147(a)(2)(ii) for routine, repetitive, and integral processes such as minor tool changes and adjustments, and other minor servicing activities. On or about April 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the alternative protective measures provided to employees performing minor servicing and maintenance activities-cleaning operations on a Chain-vey Conveyor on the PayDay 2.0 Production Line-during normal production operations were sufficiently effective.
