29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part:  (a) On or about April 26, 2024, at 5256 Pinson Valley Pkwy, Birmingham, Al 35215 jobsite, the employer did not maintain an accident prevention program to comply with the regulations of this part, which included, but were not limited to, employee protection when exposed to but not limited tot fall hazards associated with residential construction operations.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence, or written records.

(a) On or about 4/26/2024 at 5256 Pinson Valley Pkwy, Alabama, Al 35215, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that they did not initiate and maintain frequent and regular inspections before performing such as but not limited to siding installation work on a mobile home.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   (a) At 5256 Pinson Valley Pkwy, Birmingham, AL:  On or about 04/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection trainings was not provided to employees while doing siding installation at heights over 6 feet.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. 29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:   (a) At 5256 Pinson Valley, Birmingham, AL:  On or about 04/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that ladder training was not provided when employees were required to use a ladder to access the roof of the mobile home in construction.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation. (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
