29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) On or about 4/25/2024, at the building A area of the site, Williamsville, NY. The stairways to second floor, that had 15 riser steps, lacked at least one handrail. General contractor and drywall contractor used the stairways to access second floor and were exposed to fall of 9 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
