29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Location- Kings Gourmet Factory LLC- 800 Dowd Ave, Elizabeth, NJ  On  April 28, 2024, an employee performed service and/or maintenance on a food processing machine without unplugging power source to the conveyor, exposing employee(s) to hazards of having hands / fingers caught in the in-running nip point(s) of the conveyor chain. Procedures for energy isolation to prevent injury from the unexpected start-up and/or release of stored energy were not utilized.  Violation occurred on and before 4/28/2024.
