29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Job site, 600 Boyce Road, Robinson Township, PA: On or about April 29, 2024, during masonry repair activities, the employer did not ensure that an employee used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 13 feet or so.
