Penn Ohio Roofing & Siding Group LLC; 853 Highland Road, Sharon, PA 16146: Residential roof- on or about 04/29/2024 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor's employees were conducting roofing operations on a residential roof with a 6:12 pitch without any fall protection systems. Subcontractor's employees were exposed to fall hazard of 10-feet above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(21): Personal fall arrest systems were not inspected prior to each use for wear, damage, and other deterioration, and/or defective components were not removed from service: a.) Penn Ohio Roofing & Siding Group LLC; 853 Highland Road, Sharon, PA 16146: Residential roof- on or about 04/29/2024 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor's employees were installing shingles and performing tear off operations on a roof with a 6:12 pitch. Subcontractor's employees were observed using climbing harnesses as a means of fall protection and were exposed to a fall arrest condition with a 10-foot fall hazard. The climbing harnesses used by subcontractor's employees did not attach to the wearers back.
