29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) On or about April 24, 2024, the employer exposed employees to potential electrical hazards, in that an energized electrical outlet box was missing the faceplate where a water fountain had been removed between the restrooms at the Cotton Cove rangers station.
