29 CFR  1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  Instance A: Facility 5631 Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA, on or about April 30th, 2024 the emergency exit route leading to South Fairmont street did not have an illuminated sign reading "exit" on all doors leading to the exterior of the building. Interior doorway of the building had a paper sign reading "EXIT" but the letters were not illuminated and covered in paint.  Instance B: Facility 5631 Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA, on or about April 30th, 2024 the emergency exit route leading to South Fairmont street did not have an illuminated sign reading "exit" on all doors leading to the exterior of the building. There was a paper sign on the exterior door of the building with the words "Emergency Exit Only"
