New Generation Exteriors, Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1502824, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1424 N Illinois Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60004. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

New Generation Exteriors, Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1502824, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1424 N Illinois Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
