29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: a) Vessel: Lobo Grande II, on or about April 18, 2024, initial air monitoring was not performed while employees performed tasks including but not limited to, cutting with torches, needle gunning, scraping, and grinding, on surfaces coated with lead-based paint. Note: 29 CFR 1915.1025 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Shipyard Employment, Toxic and Hazardous Substances, Lead. The requirements applicable to shipyard employment under this section are identical to those set forth at � 1910.1025 of this chapter.
