29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On April 30, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevations between approximately 11.4 feet and 17.5 feet above the ground.   Juan Agostadero Perez dba Angel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1649167, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Old Mill Rd., Lincolnshire, IL 60069.  Juan Agostadero Perez dba Angel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1638008, citation number  2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 126 E Oneida Ave., Elmhurst, IL 60126.  Angel Sanchez  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1602697, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 136 Lilly Ct., Indian Creek, IL 60061.  Angel Sanchez dba Angel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500946, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2190 Langford Ln, Wheaton, IL 60187.
