29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): An employee(s) operating an aerial lift(s) was not properly trained: a) On or about April 30th, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing commercial sign repair operations from a Duralift DPM2-52DU, at an elevation of sixteen (16) feet, was not trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the Duralift DPM2-52DU being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards, thereby exposing the employe to hazards associated with falls.
