29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure: a) 400 E. Magnolia Ave, Wildwood, NJ - The employer allowed employees to conduct framing activities, approximately 17 feet above the ground, with no fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about April 30, 2024. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
