29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Clay Marketplace, 4597 State Route 31, Clay, NY 13039. On or about 4/25/24, a worker was installing siding onto a building while standing on a ladder-jack scaffold, 16 feet from ground, and without fall protection of any kind.
