29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i): Employer did not ensure all splices, joints and the free ends of conductors were covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose. a) Battery Charging Station (forklift battery) Infinity High Frequency Chargers .On or about May 2, 2024, and time prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards in that properly insulated battery charging cable were not provided to employees who connect the batteries to the charging cables.
