Islote Arecibo, PR 00614 - Kitchen Area - Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings, so strain relief was provided, preventing electrical conductors from contacting the 2x4 junction box and exposing employees to fire hazards. (b) On or about 5/02/2024, at Club Nautico Arecibo, Carr. 681 Km 1.4 Bo. Islote Arecibo, PR 00614 - Kitchen Area - Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings, so strain relief was provided, preventing electrical conductors from contacting the 4x4 junction box and exposing employees to fire hazards. (c) On or about 5/02/2024, at Club Nautico Arecibo, Carr. 681 Km 1.4 Bo. Islote Arecibo, PR 00614 - Pantry Area - Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings, so strain relief was provided, preventing electrical conductors from contacting the 4" Octagon steel metallic box and exposing employees to fire hazards.
