Conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were not posted.  A)	Building 1: On or about 5/2/2024, the employer exposed employee(s) to a fire hazard, in that there was not a "NO SMOKING " sign posted in the area of an above ground diesel tank used to refuel equipment. 29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) or less feet from the floor or platform were not enclosed:   a) Building 1: On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard, in that there was not a guard cover on the lower sprocket and chain where the hay is downsized to a square bale.  b) Building 1: On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard, in that there was not a guard cover on the sprocket and chain conveyor for the baler machine.
