29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. In the warehouse, on April 29, 2024. and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were identified with fire extinguisher signs and ready accessible for employees while working in the warehouse. The employees were exposed to fire and smoke hazards.
