29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Butchering Room: On or about May 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the guard was properly adjusted to cover all unused portions of the saw blade on the band saw in the Southeast Corner of the refrigerated butchering room at the Facility. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
