29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. (a) Worksite - Receiving Hallway: On or about April 30, 2024, a powered industrial truck (PIT) was navigating through the receiving hallway, which lacked adequate safe clearances, and collided with an employee handling a cart.
