29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) On April 25, 2024, Custom Onside L.L.P dba IDEAL Roofing and Solar, the controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontracted employees with Lozoya Roofing were protected from injury in that a roofing contractor had employees exposed to fall hazards. Employees were framing a new two-story residential home and were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet.
