29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a)ASPEN BAKING COMPANY, INC.: On or about April 28, 2024, and at times prior, the employer's written lockout/tagout program did not include specific procedures for the Novatek 428 Dough Divider Rounder machine. Additionally, safety interlocks were bypassed using zip ties, creating a hazardous condition by circumventing the machine's safety features.
