29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or before May 3, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that the three employees working at the top of a one-story building without the benefit of a fall protection system.  The employees were working next to a short parapet wall at the edge of the building.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 20 feet.
