29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)Dakota Quality Air, LLC at 5521 East Arrowhead Parkway, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to May 2, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that an adequate fall protection system was installed on a walking/working surface in the overhead attic area prior to employees installing refrigerant lines. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
