29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At 1201 West I-65 Service Road, Mobile, AL; On May 6, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to cut-by and burn hazards when performing cleaning activities on the sealer of the EntrePack bagging machine without energy control procedures being developed, documented, or utilized to control potentially hazardous energy. FGP Manufacturing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1721566, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1201 West I-65 Service Road, Mobile, AL 36618.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) At 1201 West I-65 Service Road, Mobile, AL; On May 6, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to cut-by and burn hazards when performing cleaning activities on the sealer of the EntrePack bagging machine, in that each employee had not been trained as an authorized user on lockout/tagout. FGP Manufacturing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1721566, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1201 West I-65 Service Road, Mobile, AL 36618.
