29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Building 3, Press 13 mixer: On or about April 24, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees caught-in/amputation hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the energy control procedures were utilized for employees prior to exposing themselves to potentially hazardous energy while performing the task of clearing a jam on the mixer.
