The aboveground storage tank transfer points and OPW dispensers to include the switch panels at the main loading rack were mislabeled, illegible and/or lacked the appropriate hazard communication information.  On or about May 6, 2024, Universal Oil Inc. at the location of 265 Jefferson Ave. Cleveland, OH 44113, employees are tasked with loading and unloading hazardous chemicals to include but not limited to base, hydraulic and gear oils into and from storage tanks without the benefit of a labeling system to identify the product and the associated hazards. The storage tank transfer and dispensing points in the back of the warehouse and the dispensing points at the Blending Area were mislabeled and/or lacked the appropriate hazard communication information.  On or about May 6, 2024, Universal Oil Inc. at the location of 265 Jefferson Ave. Cleveland, OH 44113, employees are tasked with taking samples of the manufactured blended mixes in small containers and placing them onto a Retention Shelf for holding without the benefit of a labeling system to identify the product and the associated hazards. The small containers utilized to hold these samples were mislabeled and/or lacked the appropriate hazard communication information.
