29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: (a): Exterior Roof- An employee working on a residential roof was using a body belt as part of a personal fall arrest system. The employee was wearing a body belt that was connected to a vertical lifeline at the front of his body. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet while working on the roof, on or about May 2, 2024. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
