29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer shall ensure that employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) as stated in this paragraph: (Construction Reference: 1926.103) During January 2024 or thereafter at a worksite located at 325 McKinley Street in North Fond du Lac, WI; the employer did not ensure that employees passed an appropriate QLFT or QNFT prior to wearing N95 filtering facepiece respirators while conducting wet cutting of concrete blocks indoors.
