29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Worksite, Casting Machine: On or about May 7, 2024, an employee was attempting to open the side walls inside a hopper while standing on two augers in the Cast Machine. The employer did not ensure that the employee that performing the servicing tasks was trained as authorized employee in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources.
