Laundry Room: On or about May 7, 2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as bio-power enzyme detergent, flo-glo chlorinated destainer, sodium hypochlorite, ammonia, hydrofluoric acid, caustic soda and sulfuric acid, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented.
