29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Hazardous materials warehouses: On and/or about 5/7/2024, emergency eyewash and shower stations were covered with plastic and labeled "Not in use". Employees in the warehouses move, pack, and ship chemicals including corrosives in closed containers. Containers can leak if they become damaged during transport. Employees were potentially exposed to contact with corrosive substances such as wet alkali batteries and Cee-Bee R-256.
