(a) On or about May 30, 2024, at a jobsite located at W198 N16681 Ridgeway Dr, Jackson, WI 53037, the employer did not ensure the employees assisting in framing operations (ground workers) were protected from potential falling objects from above by the use of a protective helmet. This exposed the employees to a struck-by hazard from a height of up to twenty-five feet.
